Conference room 1

In Filmby Aarhus we have six conference rooms that differ in size. The conference rooms are suitable for meetings, production planning, seminars, masterclasses, small conferences, or receptions.

Conference room 1

Do you need a conference room with enough space for the whole team, while at the same time leaving space for diving into groups? Or did you rent Studio 1 and need a production room with direct access to the studio? Then Conference room 1 meets your needs.

In Conference room 1 you can work around the large table, make yourself comfortable in the armchairs or divide into smaller groups and use both working rooms within the conference room. Conference room 1 fit 12 people, has a small kitchen and toilet facilities, and from the room, there is direct access and a window to Studio 1.

Film production and cultural events can benefit from a 50% discount when booking our premises.

When renting the conference rooms, in addition to the rent, cleaning must be paid. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are valid as of January 1. 2024. We reserve the right to make changes.
