Conference room 4

In Filmby Aarhus we have six conference rooms that differ in size. The conference rooms are suitable for meetings, production planning, seminars, masterclasses, small conferences, or receptions.

Conference room 4

This is our largest conference room that fits up to 20 people. The conference is suitable for large meetings, courses, seminars, masterclasses, receptions, etc., or as a lunchroom for a large production team.

Conference room 4 has a large table for 20 people, a lounge area for more informal conversations and discussions, and two high tables with chairs. The room has a kitchen and toilet facilities.

Film production and cultural events can benefit from a 50% discount when booking our premises.

When renting the conference rooms, in addition to the rent, cleaning must be paid. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are valid as of January 1. 2024. We reserve the right to make changes.
