In Filmby Aarhus we have six conference rooms that differ in size. The conference rooms are suitable for meetings, production planning, seminars, masterclasses, small conferences, or receptions.

Our newest conference room seats 16 people with views of the water and access to a sunny terrace. If you are having a meeting for op to 16 people in a beautiful setting with a great view, consider our brand new Conference room 6. The conference room is located on the first floor of Filmbyen 11, which is our newest building, where you also find our canteen.
Conference room 6 is perfect for meetings, seminars, small courses, receptions, masterclasses, etc. The room has a kitchen and bathroom and toilet facilities.

Film production and cultural events can benefit from a 50% discount when booking our premises.
When renting the conference rooms, in addition to the rent, cleaning must be paid. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are valid as of January 1. 2024. We reserve the right to make changes.

At DABBA Kanteen og Turbinehallen you can order catering when you book our conference rooms or studios.
